This Neo-Renaissance building, from the second half of the 19th century, was built on the site of the former "Salt Council" by I. Feigler, for the businessman and developer of the banks of the Danube, E. Lafranconi. The steel construction on the roof was exhibited at the Great Exhibition in Vienna.
