Prince Lichtenstein, who signed the so called "Bratislava Peace" on behalf of Emperor Frantisek I, lived in this building in 1805.
This Pallace was built in 1775 by M. Walch in the Late Baroque Classical style for Earl J. Caki who finaced the Guild Theatre which once stood on the site of the present day Slovak National Theatre.
