Esterhazi Pallace (YES - Another one!!)

General Information

This late renaissance palace was built in the mid 17th Century. In the second half of the 18th Century Albrecht Tesínsky lived here for a short time. In 1767 Joseph Haydn,the composer employed by the Esterhazi family, directed his comic opera "The Singer" here. The building has recently been reconstructed.
