Prepostova Street

General Information

This street was established as a link between Venturska ulica and Kapitulska ulica and it lead right up to the old town wall. In 1420 this street is cited as the lane which lead to the Cathedral of St Martin. It is formed by several renaissance buildings which have been erected on older foundations. It is named after the abbot whose seat was at 19 Kapitulska Ulica.
